auto vin detect not working

After updating to the latest version auto detect is failing everytime on every vehicle I try and yes I did update the vci also my update subscrption ran out today now what can I do?! Starting to hate this scanner/company, -

Note that the auto vin reading will not detect/decode on all make and models.............yes there are some of them it will...............Can you please name few of the vehicles on which you have tested and it would not work.............So support team can double check.............. -

Yes, as Ashraf said, it can't cover all vehicles. Could you please tell us which make and model you failed to detect/decode Vin so we can check it for you? Let me know the make, model, year and VIN No. Thanks. -

It would be nice if next time you come a cross something like this (I mean such a problem) you should record the data log file and send it to support team so they can check where the problem is or, at least they can add in next updates............. -

I usually find this issue on older cars..The newer years are free from this, but the oem platforms also do this.and require vin be entered. -

Record the Data Log File for Full Auto Scan and send it to Support Team so it can be added to next updates................with the picture of fail Vin decode......................... -

I also canot get auto vin function to work.......I've had this scanner a little over a month and I am sick of it....wish I could get my money back...I bought a scanner to use but it has less funtion every day.....I cant even know day to day if it will do what Ineed it to....so far worst product I've ever spent thousands of dollars on.....

Ps.. the auto vin stopped after last sys update...a week earlier on the same car it worked fin....also lost bi directional on same vehicle...if I wanted to research for autel to tell em how to build a scanner...id work for them...I just want a scanner that works....
